- ABM Functional Synthesis (hands-on) Lessons are 45 minutes long
- ABM Transformational Movement Lessons are 45 to 60 minutes long
- All PILATES Lessons are 60 minutes long
- Instructor's approval required prior to joining any group class

a workout primarily on the Pilates Reformers
**TML Class:
Transformational Movement Lessons based on the Anat Baniel Method. Slow and
gentle movement progressions done in various positions on the floor
***Circuit Class:
40min independent Pilates workout on various Pilates equipment like
Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Spine Corrector with minimum supervision; and 20min
TML lesson. Knowledge of the beginner Pilates exercises on the equipment and ability to set up the equipment are a must
